We are thrilled to present the latest enhancements aimed at elevating your experience with the Tricog Care Mobile App:
1. App Version Updates:
Stay informed about the latest app versions with this new feature. We've categorized updates into two types:
a) Mandatory Updates:
• Receive notifications for essential updates requiring immediate action.
• A buffer period may be provided, depending on the release.
b) Non-Mandatory Updates:
• Opt to update at your convenience.
• These updates are optional.
2. Error Messages:
Experience enhanced troubleshooting with error messages now. If there are issues loading app screens, you'll now receive error messages, including error codes. This information is invaluable for our Admin and Customer Support Team to diagnose and address your concerns swiftly.
